The Callisto-X Series delivers 7,500+ nit brightness as standard — rising to 12,000 nit at full brightness white. Designed for outdoor environments where direct sunlight, rain, dust and temperature extremes are constant factors. IP67 certification means both fully waterproof and dustproof — the display operates continuously in the most demanding outdoor conditions without additional protection. The cabinet is thin at 100mm depth and weighs 25.5 kg/m².
Pledco's patented in-house control system runs online (synchronous) and offline (asynchronous) — displays can be accessed, controlled and monitored remotely via a unique, reliable Linux-based platform. The system monitors every LED lamp and power supply and notifies immediately upon failure via SMS or email, reporting the exact error. Calibrated using the Radiant PM-1400F system — wavelength difference for each colour is less than 0.01nm after calibration. Supports REC709 (2K), REC2020 (4K) colour spaces or user-defined custom colour space via the control software. Lower LED currents reduce heat and extend LED lifespan.
All-in-one
outdoor platform.
Rental, perimeter or fixed — all from the same Callisto-X cabinet. Users select the integration type and add the corresponding components: rental connectors and clamps, perimeter cushion base or fixed installation fixation points. The same cabinet, three configurations.
Zero downtime during screen operating time. Full redundant signal path means if a data connection fails during a live event, the backup path activates immediately. No content interruption, no operator intervention required.
Equipped with dual independent power supplies and a dynamic load sharing system. If a PSU fails, the second takes full load instantly. The show continues. PSUs can be replaced without powering the display down.
Monitors and auto-adjusts temperature, voltage, power consumption, data signal integrity and every LED lamp in real time. Failures trigger immediate SMS or email notification with the exact error code — before any visible impact on the display.
Both front and rear service access available. Pin connector instead of flat cable enables fast module installation. Low LED currents reduce heat dissipation and put less stress on LED wear — increasing sign durability and operational lifespan.
If a single pixel fails, data is read from the EEPROM and rewritten to the replacement chip. Brightness is recalibrated after replacement. Initial calibration data is permanently recorded to maintain brightness uniformity over the display's lifetime, compensating for LED attenuation.
