Rubber PCB Construction

The Flexible LED Series is fundamentally different from any other LED display Pledco manufactures. It is made of rubber with an insulation substrate on both sides of the panel — a construction that is extremely flexible and designed to endure extreme compression. The material is resistant to any kind of distortion, which is critical for challenging installation jobs requiring many twists and turns that would destroy a conventional rigid display panel. Pledco's revolutionary flexible PCB technology has been coupled with a soft PCB and guarantees a durable structural design — both for the technology inside and for the curvability required for integration into complex architectural environments.

Any Concave & Convex Design

The soft PCB allows integrators to create any concave or convex design — to even the smallest of curved degrees. The Flexible LED Series enables users to design their concepts with zero issues in terms of creativity. Flat and curve hanging, as well as stacking installations are all available. A single panel measures 1200×600mm and weighs only 11kg, which means the maintenance team can easily handle any panel with ease and reduce the overall risk of damages during urgent installation. All panels are designed for front maintenance only — a catwalk for back-service is not required. Simply unlatch the locking system and remove the panel seamlessly.

Rubber PCB — Extreme Compression

Made of rubber with an insulation substrate on both sides of the panel. Designed to endure extreme compression and resistant to any kind of distortion — critical for installations with many twists and turns that would fail a conventional rigid display.

Any Concave & Convex Curve

The soft PCB allows any concave or convex design to even the smallest of curved degrees. Zero issues in terms of creativity for the system integrator — the display bends to the project requirement, not the other way around.

Ultra-Thin 12mm Profile

At only 12mm depth, the Flexible LED Series integrates into spaces where no other display format can. Each 1200×600mm panel weighs just 11kg — manageable by a single technician, reducing installation risk and labour time significantly.

Front Maintenance Only

All panels are designed for front maintenance — a rear catwalk or back-of-wall access is not required. Simply unlatch the locking system and remove the panel seamlessly. Front maintenance modules can be replaced within seconds with minimal screen downtime.

Meanwell PSU — CE & UL Approved

Powered by Meanwell power supplies with CE and UL approval. High refresh rate and high grey grade with reliable driving IC for best colour uniformity. LED cabinet can be customised according to the display size required by the project.

Flexible Installation Methods

Flat hanging, curve hanging and stacking installations are all available. The same panel format adapts to the installation method required — from a flat feature wall to a fully curved column wrap or ceiling installation without any design compromise.
