Low Heat Architecture

The Phoenix Series is designed entirely with aluminium, integrated with an external VDC power supply and a minimal amount of plastic within the LED modules. This architecture dramatically reduces heat generated within the cabinet — tested, approved and certified by SGS for CA TB133 Heat Release Rate. Lower heat means longer LED lifespan, lower air conditioning load and safer installation in environments with strict fire safety requirements, including airports, hospitals and train stations.

Full Redundancy System

Every Phoenix Series cabinet is equipped with two independent power supplies — Pledco's proprietary power backup function guarantees zero content downtime if a hardware malfunction occurs. Simultaneously, Pledco's state-of-the-art monitoring system includes a fully redundant data line, eliminating the risk of partial or full content loss from bad data connections or bus line failures. The watchdog system immediately notifies the service centre of any hardware failure, scheduling urgent maintenance before the backup is ever stressed. Both systems work in parallel — power redundancy and data redundancy — independently protecting uptime.

SGS CA TB133 Certified

The only indoor LED display series in the Pledco range with SGS certification for CA TB133 Heat Release Rate. Required for airports, hospitals, train stations and any environment with strict fire safety compliance requirements.

Low Brightness, High Greyscale

The Phoenix Series maintains high levels of greyscale at low brightness — a technically difficult achievement that standard LED display cabinets fail to reach. Critical for control rooms, lobbies and environments where operators view the display for extended periods under dimmed conditions.

HD Broadcast Compatible

Scanning mode at +4,000Hz using the lowest current drive possible. Ultra-high refresh rate ensures flicker-free performance when the display is being broadcast live, photographed or video recorded. Proprietary 20-bit true view and dynamic gamma table for pristine imagery under any conditions.

Pixel Check & EEPROM Monitoring

Advanced per-pixel monitoring detects single pixel failures. Data is read from the EEPROM and written to the replacement chip. After replacement, the brightness value is recalibrated to ensure full system uniformity. Calibration data is stored directly on each LED module for lifetime consistency.

REC709 / DCI-P3 Calibration

Factory delivered 100% calibrated to REC709 standards. DCI-P3 available as an option. Compatible with Radiant calibration systems and full colour gamut calibration technology. State-of-the-art calibration technology ensures accurate colour reproduction across the full display surface.

Meanwell PSUs, Macroblock driver ICs and Nichia or Osram LEDs throughout. Dynamic gamma and dynamic current drive technology. +10 years spare parts availability. 6-year warranty standard with optional 9-year upgrade — the strongest warranty commitment in the Pledco indoor range.
