The Titan XR cabinet has the ability to project high levels of grey while maintaining low brightness — a technically demanding achievement that standard LED display cabinets cannot reach. Pledco's advanced software, control system and calibration enables pristine imagery across the full greyscale range, even when the display is dimmed. Critical for broadcast environments, executive briefing centres and control rooms where operators view the display for extended periods.
The Titan XR is HD broadcast compatible for live television recording. Ultra-high refresh rates above 4,800Hz using MSB/LSB grey scale and Pledco's proprietary cross-scanning technology ensure the display is completely flicker-free when captured on camera. All Titan XR cabinets are equipped with full data redundancy to ensure zero downtime during live events — a hard requirement for broadcasting environments where content interruption is not acceptable.

Complete redundant data line architecture ensures zero display downtime during operating time. If a data connection fails during a live event, the backup path activates immediately — no content interruption, no operator intervention required.
Equipped with dual independent power supplies and a dynamic load sharing system. If one PSU fails, the second takes full load instantly — the show continues. PSUs are hot-swappable and can be replaced without powering down the display.
The system monitors and auto-adjusts temperature, voltage, power consumption, data signal integrity and many other parameters in real time. Anomalies trigger immediate notifications. Maintenance can be scheduled before any visible impact on the display.
If a single pixel fails, data is read from the EEPROM and rewritten to the replacement chip. After replacement, the brightness value is recalibrated to ensure full system uniformity. Initial calibration data is recorded and stored for lifetime consistency.
Standard 768×768mm cabinet using 384×192mm tiles. Also available in 576×192mm (192×192mm tiles) and 250×250mm tile formats. Custom sizes available. Enables end-users to achieve precise display dimensions for any installation environment.
Super slim 62mm cabinet depth with a patented honeycomb tile design — rugged yet lightweight. Front-service magnetic tiles can be removed with speed and ease. Modules are interchangeable for either left or right side of a display. Click and rig installation — zero tools required.

Finest pitch in the Titan XR range. Close-range UHD viewing — corporate headquarters, broadcast studios and control rooms where pixel structure must be imperceptible.
Mid-range pitch for airports, large shopping malls, exhibitions and financial institution environments. Ideal 3–7m viewing distances.
Widest pitch in the range. Large-format displays in stadiums, transport hubs and major retail where viewing distances exceed 5m and brightness is the priority.
